When a customer needed same-day shipping from Mexico to the US to keep production online, we leaped into action. There wasn’t a simple dock-to-dock option available, so we moved the freight through our cross dock transloading partners in Laredo, TX, who completed the border crossing with the customs agent and housed the pallets in their warehouse. Our US-based sprinter van was already on-site so we could deliver the product ASAP. The process went off without a hitch and turned into new opportunities and a great partnership.
